Moscow, September 1, Interfax - Protesters dissembled a temporary church of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church that was set up at the Mariinsky Park near the Supreme Rada.
The violators also broke a wooden cross that was set up there. According to unconfirmed data, the Svoboda party stands behind the incident happened on the eve, the Ukrainian media report.
As was reported, on Monday the Supreme Rada with 265 votes in the first reading approved of the presidential bill on changing the Constitution where it refers to decentralization of power.
It resulted in clashes between protesters who were against voting on the bill with law-enforcement officers. One compulsory military servant of the National Guardia was killed in clashes as a grenade was thrown to policemen.
More than 120 law-enforcement officers and civil residents including representatives of mass media suffered injuries.
Minister of the Interior Affairs Arsen Avakov accused the Svoboda party and its leader Oleg Tyagnibok of organizing clashes.
