Yekaterinburg, May 27, Interfax - The Russian language is the third important language among ISIL recruiters (banned in Russia - IF), theology department chair of the Ural Mountain State University Alexey Starostin.
"The first is Arab, the second is English. Great number of various nationalities that confess Islam live in Russia, even in the Sverdlovsk Region. So radical agitators focus on these territories," Starostin said in his lecture to foreign students on preventing recruiting youth to radical Islam movements held in Yekaterinburg.
He also told about methods most frequently used by the recruiters and pointed out to the stories of young people who fell victims of the ISIL recruiting.
Over hundred students who confess Islam from Bangladesh, Iran, Egypt, republics of the North Caucasus attended the lecture.
