Troitsky Cathedral valuables saved Rosokhrankultura

Moscow, August 25, Interfax - Church valuables from the Troitsky cathedral in St. Petersburg where a serious fire occurred on Friday have been saved, Yevgeny Strelchik, an advisor to the head of the Rosokhrankultura cultural heritage oversight service, told Interfax on Friday.

"Our employees took all values from the Troitsky Cathedral, and they guarantee their safety," he said.

"It is likely that more precise information will be available tomorrow," he said.
