Zyuganov, communists lay wreaths at Lenin's Mausoleum

Moscow, January 22, Interfax - Russian Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov laid wreaths at Lenin's Mausoleum in Red Square on Sunday in commemoration of the anniversary of Lenin's death.

The ceremony was attended by several hundred people, most of them elderly, an Interfax correspondent reports.

Zyuganov, First Vice Chairman of the Communist Party's Central Committee Ivan Melnikov and Secretary of the party's Moscow Committee Vladimir Ulas laid a wreath and entered the Mausoleum, where Zyuganov bowed to Lenin's body.
